Shipping
All products placed on lonoco.com are shipped worldwide directly from our Hong Kong warehouse during business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays).
We will arrange to dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days, it may take 2-5 business days to fulfill your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
We offer flat rate shipping fees at checkout, and for international shoppers, all orders are ship delivered-duty-unpaid (DDU). Shipments will be sent using SF Express for domestic orders and DHL for international shipments.
The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment authorization or other circumstances beyond our control.

TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means customs fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be calculated or charged at checkout.
Import duties and tariffs vary by country, and we recommend checking these potential costs before placing an order. The courier may require additional information from the recipient to process these charges. Failure to provide the required details may result in your parcel being returned to our warehouse.
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to unpaid tariffs or fees, the recipient will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees, and return shipping charges. These will be deducted from your refund. If the return shipping cost exceeds the product value, no refund will be processed.
This ensures clarity for your customers and highlights tariffs as a key consideration.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you or the recipient refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to Lonoco Limited. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund once the return is received. If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the value of the products, no refund or return will be processed.
