To ensure your package arrives in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your order early and selecting Express shipping at checkout. All products placed on lonoco.com are shipped worldwide directly from our Hong Kong warehouse during business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays).
We will arrange to dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days, it may take 2-5 business days to fulfill your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
We offer flat rate shipping fees at checkout, and for international shoppers, all orders are ship delivered-duty-unpaid (DDU). Shipments will be sent using SF Express for domestic orders and DHL for international shipments.
The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment authorization or other circumstances beyond our control.

TAXES & DUTIES
All international orders are ship delivered-duty-unpaid (DDU); customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient and will NOT be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.
Import duties and taxes vary by country and we advise you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
The carrier may require the recipient to provide additional information to settle all import duties, custom charges and domestic sales taxes mandated by the destination country in order to ensure delivery.
Without the additional details requested by the carrier, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In the event of failure to comply with the carrier or refuse the shipment, you will be obligated to the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lonoco Limited. We will deduct these charges from your merchandise refunds once returns are received. If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the cost of the products, no refund or return will be carried out.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you / recipient refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lonco Limited. We will deduct these charges from your merchandise refunds once returns are received. If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the cost of the products, no refund or return will be carried out.
